Kimberly was feeling overwhelmed, taking young-mom life day by day, trying to survive “the toil of raising three under three.”

Those early years with littles can be some of the most difficult, with each little life depending 100% on Mom for their very survival.

When she found out she was expecting a fourth, she felt certain she was on the verge of a mental breakdown.

In her desperation, Kimberly looked to abortion as a solution…

But thankfully, she found Heroic Media’s OAASYS’s Pregnancy Help Center partner in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma instead when OAASYS’s Emergency Response ad came up on her internet search.

And thankfully, it didn’t take too much convincing for Kimberly to set up her first appointment with the center.

After all, what she was desperate for, at the end of the day, was help.

And help is exactly what she found.

At her first appointment, Kimberly learned about the alternatives to abortion that the center had to offer.

But more importantly, Kimberly heard several first-hand accounts of abortion from women who later wished they’d chosen life.

The director of the center was one of the women who shared her story with Kimberly.

She asked Kimberly about her other children.

Kimberly shared stories, both good and hard, but mostly good.

This sort of thing tends to happen when a Mom starts talking about her kids.

Stories like in one minute, you’re begging your baby to just go to sleep, and the next minute, you’re smiling back at him with tears welling in your eyes.

Somehow, the smiles are the part you always remember years later.

Eventually, Kimberly began talking about her relationship with God.

She believed in God, but hadn’t been to church in quite some time.

She shared that she felt distant from God in her struggle raising her three children.

Throughout their discussion, Kimberly began to recall times in her past when she’d cried out to God.

With the center director’s help, she was able to see that God had always answered her pleas for help, albeit sometimes in unconventional ways.

The director helped her see that she needed to ask God for help in her present circumstances and trust Him with her baby.

They prayed together and, thanks be to God, at the conclusion of that prayer, and withthe assurance of the strong support of the center through her pregnancy and beyond, Kimberly expressed her intention to choose life instead of abortion for her baby!

Your support and prayers for OAASYS are helping save these precious babies’ lives day after day after day.

THANK YOU for your steadfast commitment and partnership!

You are heroic!
