Amy learned that she was pregnant unexpectedly at the age of 20.

She is a nursing student with plans to get her degree soon, and she was afraid to let her parents down.

Amy thought her parents would be highly disappointed because they are devout Christians.

She wanted to “take care of it” by getting an abortion.

Amy turned to her phone for answers, and clicked on a Heroic Media ad that connected her to one of our Pregnancy Help Center partners in Chicago.

She called the number she saw on the screen, and agreed to come in for an appointment.

During her appointment, Amy sat down with a client advocate to talk about her situation.

She stated that she had recently broken up with her boyfriend, and felt she could not face her situation alone.

Amy received options counseling, and had an ultrasound that revealed her 7-week-old baby.

She became emotional, and decided in that moment that she would continue her pregnancy!

Praise Jesus for giving Amy the courage to say yes to life!
