Charlotte spent three hours in a counseling session at the clinic.
She opened up to the counselor about her relationship with her baby’s father, and her past drug history.
Charlotte stated that she has made better choices more recently.
She has minimal contact with her mother and family. After counseling, Charlotte had an ultrasound.
The ultrasound showed she was 17 weeks at her first appointment.
If she decided to go through with an abortion, she would only have a few weeks to legally get an abortion in her state.
Her boyfriend was willing to travel with her to get an abortion, but she wanted to carry.
A few weeks later, Charlotte and her boyfriend came in for an ultrasound.
Together, they have chosen to carry and not sure about adoption or parenting yet.
