Haylee is a 19-year-old college student who faced an unintended pregnancy.

She had many fears when she learned of this news.

Haylee has a medical condition that she did not want to pass along to her child, so she started to consider abortion.

She turned to the internet for information about getting an abortion, and clicked on a Heroic Media ad that led her to call one of our Pregnancy Help Center partners in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Haylee scheduled an appointment to come in a few days later for an ultrasound.

During her visit, Haylee opened up with the peer counselor about many of her fears.

She had an ultrasound, revealing a healthy, 14-week-old baby.

After seeing her child move on the screen, and hearing the heartbeat, Haylee knew she could not go through with an abortion.

She talked about the possibility of placing her baby for adoption.

Haylee shared that she felt supported by the father of her baby, so that helped encourage her decision to continue her pregnancy.

Praise God for sustaining this beautiful life!
