At age 37, Jordan took a pregnancy test at home and learned she was facing an unexpected pregnancy.

She is the mother of three children, and had one miscarriage and an abortion in her past.

Jordan had no intention of getting pregnant again.

Before telling the father of her baby, she turned to the internet for answers.

Jordan was convinced that abortion was her best option, so she searched for information online, and clicked on a
Heroic Media ad that led her to call one of our Pregnancy Help Center partners in Baton Rouge.

Jordan asked some initial questions about abortion, and a staff member encouraged her to come talk in person with a nurse who could help.

She agreed, and came in the same day. Jordan disclosed that she was facing anxiety and depression issues, and felt that a baby would make her problems worse.

She also shared that she had plans to become a teacher, so she thought a newborn would stand in her way.

However, after talking through these obstacles with the staff at the clinic, Jordan felt better.

She had an ultrasound, which revealed a 12-week-old baby on the screen.

Jordan was happy to see her baby on the screen.

She knew that abortion would not be the best decision, so she made the heroic decision for life!

Praise God!
