Shelby is a 19-year-old who found out she was facing an unexpected pregnant.

This was a first time pregnancy for Shelby, so she was very scared.

She started to believe that abortion might be her only option.

She did not feel ready to become a mother.

Shelby searched on the internet for information about getting an abortion, and clicked on a Heroic Media ad that connected her to one of our Pregnancy Help Center partners in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

She spoke with a receptionist, and agreed to come in the next day for an appointment.

Shelby opened up with the client advocate about her situation.

She stated that she is not in a serious relationship, and has plans to get her degree in Business Technology.

Shelby initially felt that a baby did not fit into her plans for her life.

However, after having an ultrasound, she reconsidered her decision.

During a follow-up call, Shelby shared that she chose life for her 8-week-old baby!

She was grateful for the support she received at the center.

Praise God!
